Astrid Camerman, our talented Chef and her team, offer you for the summer, at Winery Boitsfort and Brugmann, a menu of beautiful and fresh dishes that will allow you to slip happily from the aperitif (around local dishes) to the end of the evening by sharing new seasonal dishes to share.
On the menu the Belgian Shrimps – Tomato, Melon Carpaccio, feta, parma and white wine reduction, Sea bream, peach & sharp cabbage & honey, Crispy lamb, fresh figs, fromage blanc & mint, Zucchini flower, Ricotta, Parmesan, and many other dishes … not to mention the classic of the house; Holstein Beef Sashimi with Herbs & Olive Oil, Ham Mousse or Cold Chocolate Fantasy, Cocoa-Almond Crumble. What creates fabulous food and wine pairings with the support of our wine experts.
As always, everything is shared! Count for example 1 terroir-dish for two people as an aperitif, then 4 small seasonal dishes for two before sharing a dessert. Re-order as much as you want according to the mood. Dishes that vary according to your taste from 6.- € to 14.- € to take as much as you want!
The Winery of Boitsfort and Brugmann are open from 11am to 11pm. Last order in kitchen at 2.30 pm for lunch (3pm during the WE) and 10pm in the evening. No reservation (except at lunch time).
Our cellar counts some 350 references, 100% ethical (bio, bio-dynamic, natural and alive) to share or to take away.
Finally, good news, the cuisine of Winery Dansaert will also offer its seasonal menu at the beginning of September 2019!
